Maintenance Logbook in Compliance with Act 16 as a Service

The building maintenance logbook is a requirement of Law 16.

This logbook includes the history of the work, the follow-up of inspections and the service and maintenance contracts.

Thus, it is used for proactive management and preventive maintenance, ensuring the good condition of the common areas.

In order to ensure rigorous and consistent monitoring, the maintenance log normally has a 5-year lifespan.
