About Us

Borée services professionnels is a company made up of engineers who are members of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) and financial professionals who specialize in co-ownership. Our vision is to ensure the valuation and sustainability of real estate assets as well as intergenerational equity.

Our mission is to help and support managers, administrators and co-owners of small and large co-ownerships by providing them with customized services throughout Quebec. We also have solutions specially designed to meet the unique needs of small co-ownerships.

We offer comprehensive services that meet the asset management plan (AMP) and comply with Bill 16, including the creation of contingency fund studies, maintenance logbooks and building condition certificates.

However, our commitment goes well beyond these services: we build lasting relationships based on trust, expertise and a deep commitment to the satisfaction and success of our clients.

  • Co-founder

    I am a construction engineer with expertise in financial engineering. My studies and professional background have given me a solid foundation in the complex field of co-ownership. In the past, I have developed several technical services and carried out numerous expert assessments for both small and large co-ownerships. For me, ensuring the sustainability of assets in Quebec is not just a profession, it is a mission that deeply values ​​me.

  • Co-founder

    My training in actuarial science and my professional experiences have allowed me to acquire skills in supporting companies in business development, optimization and changes in their organization for almost 10 years.

    Mathieu was able to share his vision for Borée with me and I was immediately interested in his mission as well.
